Setting up services

Services Overview

The Services feature gives you complete control over your detailing service menu. Create organized categories, detailed service packages, and smart add-ons that automatically appear based on the service type your customer selects.

What You'll Set Up

Categories - Organize services by type (Interior, Exterior, Both, or Other). Each category gets a color that appears on your calendar for quick identification.

Services - Your actual service packages with pricing, duration, and descriptions. Set vehicle-specific pricing so the correct price automatically applies based on the customer's vehicle type.

Add-ons - Additional services that only appear when relevant. Interior add-ons (like stain removal) only show with interior services, while exterior add-ons (like tire shine) only show with exterior services.

  • Vehicle-specific pricing applies automatically during booking

  • Toggle services on/off for your booking site while keeping them available for manual job creation

  • Color-coded categories make your calendar easy to read at a glance


View your Service Menu

By default, when you open to the services page, The view is in "All Services" view. You can easily tap a category to expand and see the services and add-ons under that category.

To switch views, tap the black icon. This switches to a page


Reordering Categories & Services

You can reorder your Categories and Services however you want so clients see specific options first


Create a Service Category

Service categories organize your services and control which add-ons customers can choose.

Quick Steps

  1. Add an Image (Optional) - Tap Change Picture to add a photo that represents this category

  2. Enter Category Name - Use clear names like "Interior Packages" or "Exterior Packages"

  3. Select Category Type - This determines which add-ons will be available:

    • INTERIOR - Shows only interior add-ons

    • EXTERIOR - Shows only exterior add-ons

    • BOTH - Shows all add-ons (for full detail packages)

    • OTHER - For specialized services

  4. Choose a Color - Select from quick colors or tap Pick Custom Color. This color appears on your calendar so you can quickly identify job types.

  5. Enable/Disable - Toggle on to make this category available for booking

  6. Tap SAVE


Creating a Service

Services are the actual packages you offer within each category.

Quick Steps

  1. Add an Image (Optional) - Tap Change Picture to add a photo of this service

  2. Enter Service Name - Use clear tier names like "Base Exterior," "Premium Interior," or "Gold Package"

  3. Write Service Description - List what's included in bullet points or brief sentences

  4. Set Service Duration - Choose hours and minutes using the dropdowns (tap to see options: 0, 15, 30, 45 minutes)

  5. Enter Base Price - This is your default price for standard vehicles

  6. Add Vehicle-Specific Pricing (Optional) - Tap + Add Price to set different prices for vehicle types:

    • Select vehicle type (sedan, SUV, truck, etc.)

    • Enter the price for that vehicle type

    • Tap the X to remove a vehicle price override

  7. When customers book online or you create a job, the correct price automatically applies based on their vehicle type.

  8. Enable/Disable - Toggle on to make this service available for booking

  9. Select a Category - Choose which category this service belongs to

  10. Tap SAVE


Creating an Add-on

Add-ons are additional services customers can add to their main service package.

Quick Steps

  1. Add an Image (Optional) - Tap Change Picture to add a photo of this add-on

  2. Enter Add-on Name - Use clear names like "Gloss Boost," "Pet Hair Removal," or "Tire Shine"

  3. Write Add-on Description - Briefly explain what this add-on provides

  4. Set Add-on Duration - Choose hours and minutes this add-on adds to the service time

  5. Enter Add-on Price - Set the additional cost for this service

  6. Select Category Type - This controls when customers see this add-on:

    • INTERIOR - Only appears with interior services

    • EXTERIOR - Only appears with exterior services

    • BOTH - Appears with all service types

    • OTHER - Appears with specialty services

  7. When a customer selects a service, they'll only see add-ons that match the service's category type.

  8. Tap SAVE


Managing Your Services

Once you've created your categories, services, and add-ons, you can manage them all from the Services page.

Quick Toggle Controls

Each category, service, and add-on has a toggle switch to enable or disable it:

  • Toggle ON (blue) - Item is active and will appear on your booking site for customers

  • Toggle OFF (gray) - Item is hidden from the booking site

Important: Even when disabled, you can still select these items when creating jobs manually in the app.

This is useful for:

  • Seasonal services you're not currently offering to online bookings

  • Custom services you only offer to select clients

  • New services you're testing before making them public

Tap the pencil icon to edit any item, or use the + button at the top to create new categories, services, or add-ons.
