Today Page

The Today page is your daily command center — a single view of everything you need to stay organized and on schedule.

Weather Widget

At the top of the page, a weather widget displays current conditions for your local area based on your primary business address. A quick glance helps you plan your day and anticipate any weather-related adjustments.

Daily Job Overview

Below the weather widget, you'll find three sections

  • Yesterday

  • Today

  • Tomorrow

Each section displays the jobs assigned to you for that day. If no jobs are scheduled, a simple message confirms there's nothing on the calendar.

Note: You will only ever see jobs that you are personally assigned to, regardless of your role (employee, admin, or owner). This keeps your view focused and relevant to your workload.

Teams and Visibility

For businesses with multiple employees and teams, team members can be assigned to more than one team. Your Today page displays jobs across all teams you belong to. For example, if you're on Team A and Team B, and each team has a job scheduled on different days, both will appear in your daily overview.

Job Cards

Each job is displayed as a card with key details at a glance:

  • Start time and estimated duration

  • Client details

  • Job items — including price, category, service, and vehicle

Completing Job Items

Each job item includes a green checkbox. Tap it to mark that item as complete, making it easy to track your progress through multi-service jobs.

Job Status Actions

At the bottom of each job card, status buttons guide you through the workflow:

  1. On Route — Tap to notify the client that you are on your way. Once tapped, this button is replaced with an Arrived button.

  2. Arrived (optional) — Tap to notify the client that you have arrived at the location.

  3. Start — Tap to begin the job and start tracking time.

  4. Complete — Tap to mark the job as finished.

Before & After Photos

You can add before photos at any point while the job is active. Once the job is marked as complete, you can add after photos as well

Documenting your work with before and after photos not only protects your business but also builds a portfolio that showcases the quality of your services — a powerful tool for earning repeat clients and referrals
