Schedule & Availability
Holiday Hours
Automatically mark yourself as unavailable on selected holidays. US holidays now appear on the calendar so you can plan ahead.
Hour Overrides
Make one-time changes to your business hours for a specific date. Overrides always take priority over your regular schedule and can be added, edited, or removed at any time.
Taking a day off? Add a closed override — clients won't be able to book.
Working shorter hours? Set custom hours for just that day.
Back to normal the next day? Your regular hours automatically kick back in.
You can also use overrides to limit the number of open slots available on a given day.
Booking Notice & Range
Control how soon and how far out clients can book online.
Minimum Booking Notice — The minimum lead time required between when a client books and when the job starts. For example, setting this to 24 hours prevents same-day or last-minute bookings, giving you time to prepare.
Maximum Booking Range — The furthest out a client can schedule. For example, setting this to 30 days means only dates within the next 30 days are available. This keeps your calendar manageable.
Addresses
You can add multiple business addresses. Customers can use these to find your business and book in-shop services. For mobile businesses, addresses can also serve as service locations for in-shop jobs.
Visibility & Primary Address
Control which addresses are shown to customers and which serves as your main location.
Visible — The primary address appears on your booking site and on Invoice/Receipt PDFs. Useful if you operate from a storefront or don't mind sharing your location.
Hidden — The primary address is hidden from customers and excluded from Invoice/Receipt PDFs. Ideal for mobile businesses that don't want to display a personal address.
Note: If your business type is set to In-Shop or Both , the primary address will always be displayed, even if set to hidden.
Automated Mileage Tracking
If your business type is set to Mobile or Both , the primary address is used as the starting point for automated mileage tracking on jobs.
Additional Fees
Odor Removal has been added as an option under additional fees.
